Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have reportedly listed their marital home – a $60 million architectural phenomenon, complete with a wine cellar, spa, and zero-edge pool. However, it will come as no surprise that even the living and cooking areas have set the standard for modern interior desgin and Californian luxury.
According to TMZ, JLo and actor Ben Affleck have enlisted real estate agent Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell the property, which they purchased in June 2023. The couple spent nearly two years, searching over 80 properties, before they settled on the mansion. However, reports say that Affleck has moved out of the home and into a rental in Brentwood while their marriage is in trouble.
As the publication shares, JLo and Affleck are asking 'around $65 million' for their megamansion. They will also have to pay a broker's commission and a new tax that's enforacble on expensive properties, meaning they'll likely sell the renovated home at a loss.
In the year that Lopez and Affleck spent in their home, the singer treated us to glimpses of their most beautiful rooms, including, our favorite space: the kitchen. Seen above, the space feels ultra contemporary (especially through the glossy gray kitchen cabinets that feel wholly modern – however, the addition of lavender filled baskets bring a sense of French-country style to their cooking area.

Like the kitchen, the dining space similarly exhibits a gray hue – this time with a gray-green twist. This shade has given gray, as we know it, a new lease of life – and it's a shade that's so versatile that design experts, including Ebert, have labeled it a 'new neutral.'
'This type of gray is versatile enough to hold a perennial label,' she says. 'Its inherent timelessness, neutrality, and ability to blend with other hues mean its popularity is unlikely ever to waver.'
