Jennifer Lawrence has insisted she doesn't wear headscarves as a fashion statement.

The Hollywood actress, 36, often photographed out and about with a scarf tied around her head but she's now revealed she's simply protecting her skin from sun damage as she has patches of melasma on her cheeks and she's treating them with vitamin A cream tretinoin, which is a more concentrated version of retinol.
