Who doesn't love Rachael! The gorgeous character of popular sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S. is a global crush till date; even when the show has been off air since 2004. Jennifer Aniston, who played the popular character Rachael in the show, is currently in news for two reasons: First, for her new release Murder Mystery 2, which was released on Netflix on March 31, 2023.

And second, for her salad recipe, which fans believe she had regularly for 10 years while she was shooting for F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

The social media curiosity aroused when a TikToker, The Modern Nonna, released the recipe of Aniston's favorite salad, reports have said.

The salad comprises 8 key ingredients, Bulgur, Chickpeas, Cucumbers, Feta Cheese, Mint, Parsley, Pistachios and Red Onions.

Bulgur is similar to dalia, which we use in India.

To prepare the salad the bulgur needs to be cooked first. Once it is cooked, bulgur should be allowed to cool down.

Chop the vegetables properly and add to the bulgur. Add pistachios and feta cheese. Add chickpeas to this salad and mix well.

Apart from the social media post, Aniston has another salad recipe to her credit.

As reported by Daily Mail, when Capital FM presenter Sian Welby asked Aniston about her diet, in a recent chat show, she revealed that she used to have cobb salad on the sets of F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

'The one I ate on the set of Friends was like iceberg lettuce, it was a cobb salad. I'm trying to remember [what was in it], pecorino, turkey bacon, chicken, and garbanzo beans,' the media reported quoting Aniston.
