Brazilian defender Jefte has completed a move to Rangers on a four-year deal.
The Rangers Review revealed on Wednesday that Philippe Clement was set to begin his summer rebuild with the arrival of Jefte and centre-back Jose Cordoba.
Earlier today, the Brazilian full-back underwent a medical in the UK, marking the final steps towards his long-awaited move to Ibrox.

Speaking to the official Rangers website, the 20-year-old said: "I am incredibly excited to join Rangers, this is a fantastic opportunity for me to take my career to the next level with such a historic and successful club.
"I am already looking forward to meeting my new teammates, working with the coaching staff, and continuing to learn and develop my game as a Rangers player."
Rangers manager, Philippe Clement, added: "Jefte is an exciting young defender, and I am delighted that he has joined our squad so early in the summer period.
"He has already shown he is a player of great quality and potential and I am confident he can play a big part in our squad moving forward - I look forward to working with him in the months to come."
A deal between Rangers and Jefte's parent club Fluminense almost came to fruition in January, however the player's loan club Apoel refused to break his deal.
The Rangers Review revealed earlier this month that Clement was keen on a switch for Levski Sofia star Cordoba after the Panamanian was given a tour of Ibrox and watched the Premiership victory over Kilmarnock.
Reports in Bulgaria have suggested English Championship side Norwich City are interested in Cordoba, but it is understood that Rangers remain in the driving seat to secure his services.
