A Renfrewshire mum is celebrating gaining a new lease of life after she lost more than four stones.
Rebecca Sillars was spurred on to lose weight after her jeans gave way when she piled on the pounds.
It was the final sign she needed to join Heather Moore's Bishopton and Erskine Slimming World class.
