Vice President JD Vance is looking to lease a $9 million estate in Virginia’s horse country to give his family some outdoors space. The only catch is that the land is reportedly from a person with business ties to a policy push by the second Trump administration in regards to AI data centers.
The property is Wolver Hill, a long-time horse farm roughly 45 miles from Washington, according to The Daily Beast. The estate’s owner, Charles “Chuck” Kuhn, is one of northern Virginia’s largest landowners, and among its more active data center developers.
