A director has resigned from the board of Victorian Plumbing with immediate effect.
Kath Smith, who was a non-executive director, has left her role "in order to focus on her other business interests".
The Skelmersdale-headquartered online retailer of bathroom products and accessories confirmed it has now begin the process of recruiting a successor.

In a statement, the AIM-listed business said it will provide an update "as appropriate".
It added that Damian Sanders, chair of the Audit Committee, has agreed to act as chair of the Remuneration Committee on an interim basis.
The group employs over 500 staff across seven locations in Skelmersdale, Manchester and Birmingham.
Kath Smith joined the board in June 2021 and currently holds a similar role at JD Sports.
She is also currently the chair of Gym King in Leeds.
She has previously held positions at The North Face, Adidas and Diageo.
