Legal proceedings took a turn on Wednesday as Jay-Z's legal team requested expedited removal of the rapper from a lawsuit involving allegations of sexual assault. The lawsuit, initially directed at Sean 'Diddy' Combs, now includes Jay-Z, with the plaintiff claiming she was assaulted by both artists when she was 13 years old.

The woman alleges that the incident occurred in 2000 after being offered a ride to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party by Combs' limo driver. However, recent developments have brought inconsistencies in the woman's account to light, as revealed in a television interview.
