Rapper Jay-Z, accused of raping a 13-year-old back in 2000, is taking further legal action to dismiss the lawsuit filed against him, Sean "Diddy" Combs, and an unnamed celebrity.
The rapper’s legal team, led by high-profile attorney Alex Spiro, submitted new arguments to U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres on Monday, challenging the validity of the claims under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act (GMV Law).
