Fans of global music icon Beyoncé have begun calling for her to divorce her husband, rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z, following the bombshell allegations that he raped a 13-year-old girl with Sean Diddy Combs back in 2000 at a house party.
The fresh allegations involving sexual assault against a minor rocked the headlines this morning, sparking a fresh wave of controversy. The allegations came to light on Monday morning in an amended lawsuit filed in federal court. The lawsuit was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York and at that time did not name Jay-Z as a defendant, though the amended lawsuit says that Jay-Z was identified as "Celebrity A" on the original complaint.
