NEW DELHI: Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) schools have reclaimed their first rank as the best performing institutions with a pass percentage of 98.93% in the Class XII results. Prior to this, JNVs were on the top with a pass percentage of 98.7% in 2020. This year, Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) schools have seen a drop in pass percentage to 97.96% from 100% in 2021.
In 2021, as there were no board exams, an alternative adopted method was used for assessment. In 2020, exams for all subjects could not be conducted, so the marks were derived based on the subjects for which the students had appeared.
