As Leeds United reportedly get set to appoint Javi Gracia as their new head coach, the Spaniard has previously given hints as to his approach as he aims to keep the Whites in the Premier League.
The 52-year-old looks set to become the latest manager to lead the Leeds dugout and take over from interim boss Michael Skubala until the end of the season with his initial target being to avoid relegation.
His appointment will be his second in the Premier League after his time at Watford more than three years ago, a place where he quickly implemented his own style both on and off the pitch.

"Shouting is a resource for people who have no other way," Gracia told the Sunday Times back in 2019. "In Spanish, we say it is better to put red one time than 20 times orange.
"To say no, no, no, like this, like this. Boom. One time. Red. Be direct, be clear and then they know. But I try to be calm. The more you shout, the less players listen. At half-time, they are nervous with playing and if someone shouts it’s blah blah blah. No good.
"The time I shout is in games we are winning. Maybe in that moment we’re relaxing and need to wake up. But when we’re losing my job is to explain, to give them solutions."
The 52-year-old also made sure that his players at Vicarage Road has a dress code, and made necessary changes to the players' diets, banning certain foods that he sees as unhealthy in order to better their performance on the pitch.
"No bread, no butter — I know in England you like butter."
