Jasmine Harman shares most and least expensive homes on A Place in the Sun

Jasmine Harman regularly deals with all kinds of budgets when helping house hunters find their dream property in the sun.

The A Place In The Sun presenter has been a firm fixture on screens since her show debut in 2004. The property expert has helped buyers find homes for all kinds of needs, including rooms for dogs and unique features like fig trees.

Jasmine has jetted around the globe over the course of her career but certain properties stick out to her more than others - and so do their price tags.

From the extravagantly expensive to unbelievable bargains, Jasmine is often surprised by what a buyer could get for their money. She previously said it can be "amazing" to witness what a small sum can get you abroad.

Recalling the lowest budget she has ever worked with, Jasmine told S Magazine UK: "I think my lowest budget ever was £19,500. That was in Granada, Spain. Our buyer was a lovely lady called Tina who worked as a refuse collector and never thought she'd be able to buy a property."

She added: "She used her life savings and I think the house she bought cost £14,500 in 2015. It's just amazing to think about that even being possible."

The Channel 4 host also shared a property from the other end of the spectrum - the most expensive home she has seen. It was located in Los Angeles and it came with a rather unusual feature.

Speaking to the Express, the host said: "I showcased a luxury California property which was $17 million! It had a complete replica of the high street of the owner's home town in the basement."
