Honda produced the CB1100R in limited numbers from 1981 to 1983. In order to race superbike in Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Team Red released the CB1100R as a homologation special, manufacturing the model to meet race homologation regulations. As a result of the limited numbers and sporty tri-color paint job, the CB1100R became a coveted sportbike over the years.
On the flip side, Honda has sold over 750,000 Groms since the brand introduced the miniMOTO model in 2013. The latest-generation Grom favors customization with easily removeable body panels and aftermarket body kits. Thanks to that affordable and customizable platform, many owners can build the custom bike of their dreams. Japanese tuner TTR Motors takes advantage of that attribute with the new CB1100R bolt-on bodywork.
