Janey Godley has told fans she fears her cancer has spread.
Janey was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in November and underwent a hysterectomy to try and rid her body of the disease.
Following the operation she was told the cancer had advanced to stage 3b, meaning it had spread from her ovaries and would require further treatment including chemotherapy.
