Jamie Oliver shared a simple cheese grating tip to viewers looking for more even coverage in their dishes.
The celebrity chef returned to his post to deliver quick and easy meals that will cost viewers no more than a measly £1. Tonight's specialities included spanakorizo and delicious, cheesy enchiladas.
While making his enchiladas, Jamie assured viewers there are a lot of different and alternative options to take when creating the perfect dish. Coming to the end of the preparation, he stayed firm on one aspect that is a must for anyone cooking up a cheese-based storm.

Taking a cheese grater in hand ready to cover his enchiladas, he flipped it over to show the side with finer indents. Explaining his decision, he said: "By using the fine side of the grater you'll get a lot more even coverage."
The finer sprinkles allowed for a thin layer to neatly hug the food while getting into those harder-to-access areas and corners of the dish.
It was left in the oven to cook but once it was removed, the cheese was level across the enchiladas with no visible areas left untouched.
