One very special guest attended the Oscars last night in a touching tribute to a late legend.
Jamie Lee Curtis stepped on stage with an adorable puppy to honour Betty White 's legacy as an animal lover and advocate of animal rights.
The Freaky Friday actress delivered a presentation with the cute little dog in her arms, and spoke about the late actress, who sadly passed away at the age of 99 last year.
During the In Memoriam segment at the 94th Academy Awards, Curtis urged people to adopt rescue dogs like the one in her arms, named Mac-N-Cheese.
Everyone at the ceremony and those watching from home gushed over the sweet pup on stage - just moments after Will Smith smacked comedian Chris Rock in the face for joking about his wife.

Addressing the sudden contrast, comedian Naomi Ekperigin tweeted: "They had to bring Jamie Lee Curtis out with a puppy just to get everybody calm again!!! #TheOscars."
TikToker Molly Morrsion tweeted: "I want to be ironic and say 'yes, jamie lee curtis holding a puppy is exactly what we need after that' but honestly jamie lee curtis holding a puppy is exactly what we need after that."
In her tribute to White, Curtis said on stage: "She was not only a Golden Girl, she was a legend who brightened every room she walked in and brought a smile to the faces of all who watched her on the screen.
"And day in and day out for almost a century, she was a woman who cared so much for not just her two-legged friends but for animals just like this.
"So the greatest gift you could give Betty White is to open your heart and your home and adopt a rescue dog just like Mac-N-Cheese from Paw Works.
"So thank you, Betty, thank you for being a friend to us all."
Throughout the ceremony, Curtis wowed in a Stella McCartney gown that was also a nod to White.
Speaking to Access Hollywood on the red carpet, Curtis said: "I am representing Betty White. Betty White was an animal rights activist and when I knew I was going to make a statement about her I went to Stella McCartney, who is an animals rights activist and whose mother Linda McCartney was an animal rights activist.
"Stella, who uses sustainable materials [and] non-animal materials. I went to them and said 'Hey, is it possible you might have something for me to wear to the Oscars?' And they made me this dress. And I feel like it's telling Betty's story."
The stunning navy dress featured a high-neck and long-sleeved style and glittered in front of the cameras.
Jamie also used her fashion choice to show solidarity with another important cause.
The star wore a blue ribbon wrapped around her fingers, which read '#WithRefugees', to express her support to Ukraine, amid the ongoing conflict as Russia continues to invade the country.
