James Whale nears end of his terminal cancer fight as treatment is stopping

Broadcaster James Whale has revealed he has reached the end of treatment for his terminal cancer.

The outspoken radio star, 72, believes he will no longer be alive this time next year.

He said: “I’m kind of at the end, the end of my treatment.”
