So far three celebrities have been booted out of camp in this year's explosive series of I'm A Celebrity.
And former contestant Jake Quickenden has exclusively given us the inside scoop of what life is really like in the jungle as he reflects on this past week's bombshell episodes and shock evictions.
The former X Factor star, 34, who came second in the jungle in 2014, talks surprise vote offs, who he wants to win and why he thinks Matt Hancock is stillsurviving the public vote.
Jake will be doing some Facebook lives on Tuesday and Thursdays so make sure you drop in and say hi - but first let's take a look back this week...
What a week! So much has happened I don’t know where to start but let’s begin with the first eviction… I’m not surprised Charlene was the first to leave, I thought she seemed a lovely person but went under the radar too much, didn’t do a lot apart from cooking and then when she got chance to do a trial she panicked and said 'I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here'.
When you’re quiet in the camp you struggle to make the final hour long show edit – it doesn’t have to be that you are unliked, it’s just people don’t really have a reason to vote for you.
Scarlette, on the other hand, I thought was brilliant and I thought she would last much longer, she brought good energy to camp and I’m surprised she left, I think she deserved to stay in much longer than that.
When people start to leave the dynamic in camp changes, people realise it’s a game and seem to put in more of an effort, it becomes quiet and kind of sombre. I’m not surprised Hancock has survived - say what you want about the man he’s been good value on the show….
Should he be there or not? I’ll let you decide for yourselves, but in the trials he’s been great and I think if he was after forgiveness he may have found a small amount on the outside, but nothing changes the hurt the government caused for many and there are a lot of people who will never forget.
My personal opinion on Hancock has not changed.
I didn’t think he should be in there but was willing to see how he handled it and take him for who he is rather than what he has done.
He impressed in the trials and he tried to fit in as much as he could, I’ll be honest there were some moments where I felt bad for him as I do feel he was treated differently, but if you put yourself in the position he did then you can’t really expect much else.
It was so great watching everyone get their messages.
It always feels amazing getting a letter or a message from home, it’s so easy to forget that everyone is watching and getting on with their own lives, so to hear from home gives you a really lovely push for sure. I liked hearing the letters and it is very emotional, two weeks feels more like two months in the jungle!
Now for my predictions! I feel like Sue could have done a bit more. I would like to see Seann win, he’s honest and funny and I think would mean the most to him, I still love Jill and Mike and the way the edit is looking Owen seems like a front runner.
Seann for me though!
