Jake Paul believes a potential fight with Tommy Fury would be no more than a "quick knockout" if it were to materialise.
The Youtuber-turned-boxer has had a long-running feud with Fury, whose brother is world heavyweight champion Tyson, but was unimpressed with his win over Daniel Bocianski on Saturday night. The Love Island star went 8-0 with a bruising win over the Pole, who was 10-1 at the time of their fight, but failed to stop his rival despite a fifth round knockdown.
And after a fiery callout towards Paul, Fury appeared to re-establish himself as a potential opponent for the American. However, Paul doesn't seem keen on the potential match-up, particularly after he pulled out of their initially planned fight date.
Speaking with Mirror Fighting ahead of this weekend's undisputed lightweight title fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, Paul blasted Fury as a "mediocre guy", against whom he wouldn't have much of a challenge.
"Yes and no," Paul responded when asked if Fury's lacklustre performance at Wembley had cost him the rescheduled fight. "It obviously was a mediocre performance, but what do you expect from a mediocre guy? He's better at talking than he is at fighting."
However, Paul is refusing to rule out a prospective fight with his rival, saying that he will wait to make a decision on his August return opponent until next month. He is also eyeing up bouts with Anderson Silva, who fights on May 14 against Bruno Machado in Dubai.
"There could be interest there," Paul admitted. I want to see the Anderson Silva fight and how he does, how he looks. There are other talks with Mike Tyson and other names under the table so really we're just looking for the best opportunity. For me, Tommy is an easy fight, so maybe I'll just run it up, get a quick knockout and then move on from there, But maybe not."

Fury's impassioned speech towards Paul drew great interest in the boxing world, but due to watershed rules it was censored while being broadcast live on BT Sport. "The audio cut out during his clip," Paul complained. "I don't know [what happened]."
The Brit's callout went viral across social media, as he vowed to rid the boxing world of Paul once and for all. "I just have one thing to say," he told BT Sport. " Jake Paul - this should have been done a long time ago in December and if you want it I'm here and I'm ready for you. I'll cut you and chop you to bits just like I did there, get the contract signed you bum, let's get it done once and for all.
"That lad in there would have killed Jake Paul, that lad is a true professional. He was cut to bits, still in there giving me everything that he had, he'd slap Jake Paul and it'd be over. Jake Paul, I'm going to end your career, you're a bum and you're no good. Let's get this fight done and get this settled."
