A rapist who filmed himself attacking a woman as she lay sleeping beside her husband has been jailed for six years.
Daniel Smith struck after being allowed to stay overnight at the couple’s home in Dumfries on January 12, 2020.
The 31 year-old denied the crime but was convicted of rape following a trial last month.
