Jada Pinkett Smith has said it is the time for “healing” after her husband Will Smith apologised for slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.

I Am Legend star Smith has said his behaviour was “inexcusable” after he stormed the stage and slapped Rock at the awards ceremony because the comedian made a quip about his wife’s hairstyle.
