The TV star, who played Lauren Branning on EastEnders, was joined by her famous friends as they danced the night away at The Grand Marquee in Brentwood, Essex.
Jac took to Instagram to share a video of the glam bash, which was attended by a host of famous faces, including her husband Dan Osbourne and her EastEnders co-star Shona McGarty.
The birthday girl looked sensational wearing a black satin gown, which featured a lace Bardot bodice.
Jac complimented the look with glam make-up and a slick of nude lipstick.
The star-studded party was dubbed the 'Jac Gala' and the actress' hubby Dan looked very dapper wearing a black tux and bow-tie.
His mini-me son Teddy was also at the event and looked adorable sporting a little suit.
The stunning marquee was strewn with white and gold balloons and also featured a bouncy castle for guests to enjoy.
After ending the night with a bang with an elaborate firework display, Jac took to social media thanking fans for their well wishes on a night she gushed was truly "magical".
