A 32-year-old Raceview man has been accused of attacking a woman during an early-morning walk in Brisbane’s west and then returning to the area later the same day, according to Queensland police. Jacob Dave Henry Hauraki's matter was mentioned in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday after he was arrested hours after the alleged assault in Brookfield.
He faces six counts of rape, along with charges of stalking, assault with intent to commit rape, assault occasioning bodily harm and deprivation of liberty. The allegations have not been tested in court.
