Rajinikanth's one of the most anticipated films, 'Jailer, stars some of the most renowned personalities from across the South and Hindi film industries. The film, which is set to release on August 10, will feature Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Ramya Krishnan, to name a few. ETimes reached out to Jackie Shroff to know about his experience working on the film, especially with Rajinikanth, with whom he has done several films. Jackie was happy to share his experience of working with Rajnikanth on 'Jailer'. "It was fantastic, as Rajinikanth sir is someone whom my whole family likes," says Jackie.
Jackie and Rajinikanth shared screen space in many films like 'Annaatthe', 'Kochadaiiyaan', 'Daku Hasina', 'Uttar Dakshin, and 'Agnni Sakshi'. When asked what makes 'Jailer' different from their previous films, he says, "Everything is different, but Rajinikanth sir is the same. Something that has not changed over the years is his humility and his respect for everyone. He is the humblest star in the world. It's an enriching experience when one works with him. When Rajini sir is on screen, he's a totally different person. Every time he comes on screen, he's a totally different and changed man. And once he comes out of his character, he is always the same. His style, the way he walks, talks, looks, the way he does everything with his glasses, whatever property he has, I think he's brilliant. And it was a pleasure working on a film where he's the leading man and we've done our guest appearances. Whatever we've done, we've enjoyed every bit of it because he has loved us and given us a lot of love and respect. He took care of us like his family members."
