Jack Rodwell may have played his last game for Sydney FC after receiving a two-match ban which will rule him out for the rest of the A-League Men season.
Football Australia's match review panel hit Rodwell with the suspension on Monday after the three-cap England international was shown a straight red card in Friday's 2-1 ALM semi-final first leg loss to the Central Coast Mariners.
The 33-year-old will be unable to play in the second leg of the semi-final at Gosford on Saturday, and should Sydney qualify for the grand final, Rodwell would have to watch from the sidelines.
