Jack O'Connell, known for his roles in various films, is making headlines not just for his acting but also for his directorial debut in the music video for Paul Weller's upcoming track 'Nothing.' O'Connell, who will be portraying Blake Fielder-Civil in the Amy Winehouse biopic 'Back to Black,' seized the opportunity to direct the video when Weller approached him to star in it.

The collaboration between O'Connell and Weller is not new, as the two have previously worked together. In 2011, O'Connell starred in the sports biopic 'United,' for which Weller contributed the song 'Devotion.' Additionally, O'Connell has appeared in music videos before, including Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' 'Blue Moon Rising.'
