Jack Harrison believes 'small details' once again cost Leeds United as a heavy home defeat to Tottenham condemned them to relegation. Harry Kane netted twice as the visitors romped to a 4-1 victory at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon, ending the Whites' three-year stay back in the Premier League.
Leeds knew only a victory and results elsewhere would give them a chance of securing survival against the odds. However, Everton and Leicester City both picked up home wins as the Toffees once again avoided relegation on the final day.
Sam Allardyce's side suffered a nightmare start with Kane putting Tottenham ahead after just two minutes, with Pedro Porro doubling this advantage two minutes after the restart. Kane grabbed a second minutes after Harrison pulled one back, with Lucas Moura adding a fourth in added time on his final appearance for the club.

Harrison found it tough to describe his emotions following the full-time whistle, with Championship football now on the agenda next term. However, the winger accepted conceding after only two minutes in both halves proved 'fatal' to their faint survival hopes.
He told BT Sport: "Yeah, in any football game. It's these small details that need to be taken care of, and didn't give us the best chance of going forward in the game."
Harrison added: "It's tough what's really going through my mind at the minute. We knew as a team what was on the line, we tried to give our best and the intensity and the aggressiveness required in the game is not our downfall.
"We always bring that every game, it's just some small details here and there. But...disappointing game, and we just have to look on from here and look to the future.
