Honey G showed off her weight loss as she "ticked off" another sporting milestone.
The comedy rapper's real name is Anna Georgette Gilford and she shot to fame on series 13 of X Factor back in 2016. The 41-year-old has overhauled her lifestyle since appearing on the ITV talent show and has dropped an astonishing six dress sizes
Honey has kept fans on social media updated on the fitness programme which has helped her achieve the new look. She took to Instagram over the weekend to proudly reveal she has completed the Middlesex triathlon.

Honey revealed to the Daily Star how she was inspired to change her look during the lockdown after she consulted an obesity specialist. She said: " Lockdown has proved to me that doing lots of exercise can make you lose weight.
"I went to see a top obesity specialist and a dietician in the past and I was trying to lose weight by changing my diet but during lockdown I combined changing my diet and doing a large amount of exercise. I've been probably doing more exercise in lockdown than I have in my whole life."
Honey discussed her new look in an interview with Closer Magazine when she revealed the makeover has given her a huge confidence boost. She said: “I used to wear loose and baggy clothes that went up to a size 18, but I've thrown most of them away as my taste has matured.
“Now I wear outfits I wouldn't have dreamt of wearing, and I can fit into nice underwear from Victoria's Secret. It's given me a massive confidence boost. I feel like I've finally got the sex factor!”
