ITV This Morning's Craig Doyle fumes 'stop touching me' and says 'I'm hurt' as he gets Josie Gibson back during chat with Ellie Goulding

Craig Doyle jokingly shared his upset and anger telling Josie Gibson 'I'm hurt' as they chatted to Ellie Goulding on This Morning. The pair have returned to the helm of the ITV daytime show on Tuesday (April 11) after kicking off their week-long stint hosting the popular programme on Monday.

It was revealed last week that the duo would be back fronting the show after becoming a firm favourite among viewers during their various stints at the forefront. This week, Josie and Craig have replaced This Morning's usual Friday hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary after they spent last week filling in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

This Morning's usual hosts are enjoying their usual two-week Easter break before returning on Monday (April 17). But back to Tuesday's show and Craig and Josie had another busy programme to bring to viewers watching at home. They were joined by Alice Beer who shared her guide on how to look at your own debts and take control of your finances while Nadia Alibhai, This Morning's specialist Osteopath, returned with another joint pain clinic.

Adding a touch of showbiz to proceedings was singer Ellie Goulding and actor Ben Richards with both live in the studio to chat to Josie and Craig about their latest projects. But it appears Craig can hold a bit of a grudge. When talking to former Footballers' Wives star Ben, the 51-year-old revealed how he hadn't seen Moulin Rouge, which the actor is currently starring in, as Josie and the This Morning team went without him.

"I'm not just saying this, it is the best show that I have ever seen," Josie told their guest as Craig then interrupted: "You might know this but I haven't actually seen it because everybody went but I didn't go." He added: "I wanted to go. Could I still go?" Ben replied: "We're doing well but I'm sure we can find a seat for you."

Craig then replied: "I'll just need one because I'll be on my own." Josie awkwardly laughed as she exclaimed: "I'd see it again! I'd see it again!" Her co-host then replied: "No way, you're not coming!" Aft6er Josie shared the details of how viewers could get their hands on tickets, Craig interjected again to say: "Ticket for one, please!"

Craig wasn't happy with Josie (ITV)

Josie replied: "Oh bless you. Sorry, Craig!" but as she placed a comforting hand on him, he jokingly hit back: "Stop touching me," before putting a pillow between them and crossing his arms to indicate he wasn't impressed. But as Josie ploughed on with her link into the break, Craig was then seen giving her a hug just before the cameras stopped rolling in the studio.

However, Craig wasn't over it as after chatting to Ellie Goulding about her new album and tour, he told her she was starting in his hometown of Dublin after she forgot her dates. "I've got amazing Irish fans," Ellie said to which Craig replied: "Yes, you do and I'm going."

"Are you coming?" Ellie asked to which the host replied: "Yeah but shes not coming with me," pointing to Josie, "because she didn't invite me to Moulin Rouge so it's payback time." As Josie told him: "Stop going on about it," Craig replied: "I can't help it, I'm hurt!" before Josie then moved on to wrap up their interview with Ellie.
