This Morning's Alison Hammond came under fire from fans over an "insensitive" comment on today's show.
Alison hosted Friday's edition of ITV's flagship daytime programme alongside Dermot O'Leary. The two interviewed Beverly Knight and Sam Clafin on the jam-packed final episode of the week.
The presenters were also joined by Gyles Brandreth and Ateh Jewel to discuss the latest headlines. The panel discussed whether neighbourhood police were like the ones on hit BBC show Happy Valley.

However, viewers were disappointed when Alison said: "I am a little bit disappointed as a black woman that I've never actually been stopped and searched. I'm absolutely devastated by it, gutted."
The panel laughed after the remark as Gyles issued a word of warning. He said: "Can I say you're asking for trouble now?"
Viewers following the show on Twitter took to the social media platform to react to the remark.
Jamil said: "@AlisonHammond saying that she's disappointed as black woman to have never been stopped and searched by the police, is one of the most offensive things I've heard in a long time."
@memakingmidlife tweeted: "Oh dear, #alisonhammond You're "a little bit disappointed that as a black woman (you've) never been stopped & searched"? And then collapsed in laughter about it on #ThisMorning." The Twitter user added: "I hit rewind twice to make sure I hadn't misunderstood or misheard. Disgusting and requires a public apology for so many reasons"
Sally commented: "Literally sitting here gobsmacked having watched that … disgraceful"
Selina posted: "Still stuck on Alison saying she's jealous that she's never been stopped and searched. I mean has she seen the videos of what can happen to people who are?"
Carole posted: "Alison says some damn insensitive comments at times."
