ITV This Morning fans 'mute' show minutes in to make it 'bearable'

Fans of This Morning felt the need to press the mute button just minutes into the show today.

A very excited Dave Fishwick, from The Bank of Dave, headed to Bolton to try out the UK's very first Indian drive-thru. The Chaiiwala restaurant was offering an excellent range of foods, including breakfast items.

He said: "We're in Bolton, living the dream. I'm in the first ever Indian drive-thru in history and they're open for breakfast. How cool is that?"

The segment on the ITV show showed Dave trying out the drive-thru as he shouted his order into a speaker. He excitedly told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby about how good he thought it was.

But fans found it hard to watch as Dave was very loud and seemed to be shouting rather than speaking. On Twitter, Beckie said: "Watching on mute. It’s almost bearable #ThisMorning."

Sara said: "I’m 70 miles from Bolton. I’ve muted the telly, I can still hear Dave. #ThisMorning." Victoria said: "You don’t need to shout Dave #ThisMorning."

Meanwhile, other viewers loved his energy. Char said: "Dave is amazing, he's sold it me! #Chaiwalla Bolton."

Vanessa said: "Dave has lots of energy #thismorning going for his Indian drive-thru chips at 10am."
