ITV This Morning fans kick off over studio change seconds into show

Today's This Morning featured some changes to the studio and fans weren't happy.

The show opened up with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby stood in front of a large Christmas tree adorned with baubles and tinsel. Introducing the show, Holly said: "Holly said: "Oo that sounds nice doesn't it?" as Michael Bublé played in the background.

The ITV talk show was clearly in the festive mood as Holly explained: "Now on yesterday's show we spoke about how, with Halloween out of the way, we are now on the countdown to Christmas." They went on to introduce an exclusive first look at Spirited - a new Christmas film featuring Will Ferrell.

Despite the Christmas decorations seemingly being a part of the promo, some fans took to Twitter to complain about November 2 being "too early" to start celebrating the festive season.

Mitchell said: "@thismorning take the tree down guys it’s way to early! #ThisMorning" Toni said: "It’s barely November. F*** off with Christmas already #ThisMorning."

AJ said: "Are you kidding me Christmas ffs #ThisMorning". Another user added: "#ThisMorning WTF it’s Not even December yet & the TM studio has got the Xmas Tree up".
