This Morning viewers branded one of the show's latest interviews 'painful' as Alison Hammond quizzed a couple about their sex life.
The presenter and her co-host Dermot O'Leary were back together on Friday for the last edition of the week of the ITV daytime show.
Terzel Rasmus-Williams and Wilson Williams chatted to the hosts via video link from Cape Town, South Africa.
The couple are married, and at 30 and 81, have a 51 year age gap.
The husband and wife first met in 2016 at a dance and immediately fell head-over-heels for each other when Terzel was just 25 and Wilson was 76.
And despite the age gap, the couple said they couldn't be more suited to each other.
However, the interview was going swimmingly until Alison asked a rather intimate question.
The 47-year-old wondered if things were "all things good in the bedroom".
Dermot’s head immediately dropped to the table they were sat at and the couple awkwardly laughed their way through answering the question.
"Everything is good. Many friends ask that question, but I always say that I'm not going to talk about it - but what I can say, is that we have no problems," Wilson said.
And viewers were struggling to watch, to say the least.
@Daniel_Reeves_ tweeted: "#ThisMorning this is a painful interview to watch. Like root canal painful."
"#ThisMorning ouch! I do love @AlisonHammond and @radioleary but that interview with the couple from SA was cringe worthy!!" @MawganTr said.
@BeddoesJill commented: "I wish these couples wouldn't go on This Morning. The questions asked make me cringe #ThisMorning."
But others were happy to see them on the show.
@Attila_hun said: "Thank you #ThisMorning for this brilliant interview with this lovely couple!!! #AgeGap."
And Alison soon had her own confession.
As they returned to the studio, the mum-of-one admitted: "Do you know, I've had an older man and they are great in the bedroom. They know what to do."
Dermot was slightly taken aback, saying: "Wow, why would you want to go to the break now?" as he continued to quiz her before cutting to a break.
