The husband and wife fell madly in love after meeting at a local newspaper event in 2016 - and dialled in via satellite from Cape Town in South Africa.
Terzel, 29, and Wilson, 80, opened up about how their relationship works and hit back at people who draw attention to their age gap.
Wilson said: "I heard somebody once say, 'who is that with her? Is it your father or grandfather?'
"I just thought to myself this is our business. It has got nothing to do with you."
Alison agreed with the sentiment, but left some viewers shocked with her final question.
She asked: "Is everything good in the bedroom?"
Wilson responded: "Many friends ask that question and I always say I'm not going to talk about it.
"But what I can say is that we have no problems."
Alison was thrilled at the response, but viewers following the show on Twitter said Alison went "too far".
Dave said, alongside sick emojis: "Didn’t want to know that last bit of the interview, I’m eating my breakfast"
GJohn posted: "The bedroom question was one question too far"
Dale commented: "Oh no this is too much for 10:44am"

However, other fans were in hysterics after the interview.
