Ryan Thomas has quick become a standout star in The Games but not just because of his previously unseen sporting ability. Unbeknown to viewers, the former Coronation Street star suffered a second wardrobe malfunction of the week.
He was back on screens on Thursday night (May 12) for the fourth of five live shows of the Channel 4 reboot which has seen 12 celebrities taking part in various Olympic-style events, all while racking up points before a male and female winner is crowned during the final on Friday night (May 13).
As well as the women's keirin, viewers saw the men take part in speed climbing before Ryan, Wes Neslon, Colson Smith, Josh Herdman, Kevin Clifton, and Max George appeared live in the velodrome to take on the elimination race. While t he women's race descended into chaos within seconds, the men's was more straightforward and ended with Ryan and Josh battling it out for the win.

Ryan, 37, managed to pip the Harry Potter actor to the finish line, with Corrie star Colson finishing in an impressive third place after leading the pack at one point. However, there was some confusion as Ryan and Josh continued to race around the track which ended in Ryan suffering a fall.
As he got to his feet, the actor could barely walk after putting in a few extra laps as he was asked about his victory by trackside reporter Alex Scott. But after the show and his victory, Ryan's fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh posted a photo of him on Instagram in which he's seen posing with part of his bare bum on show due to ripped pants
It comes after Ryan was left mortified earlier in the week when the Celebrity Big Brother winner impressed with his dive from the 7.5m springboard, but as he resurfaced from the water the cameras caught his skimpy yellow trunks had been pushed halfway down his bum. "There you go... the moon is shining!" commentator Chris Kamara was heard saying.
Lucy, who is expecting her second child with Ryan any day now, made reference to the fact that it wasn't the first time his bum had been on show in the caption of the social media post. "Here it is again," she said alongside a peach emoji before tagging her husband-to-be.
The 30-year-old former Towie star attended the live event to support Ryan and joked before that she was 'praying' her waters don't break due to all the excitement. Lucy and Ryan, who played Corrie's Jason Grimshaw from 2000 to 2016, are preparing for the arrival of a baby girl, a little sister to their one-year-old son Roman.
Posting a picture inside the Velodrome during the live cycling races, Lucy, penned: "I decided to surprise @ryanthomas84 tonight" with a heart emoji. In a different snap, Lucy posed alongside Ryan as she displayed her growing baby bump in a black dress and white denim jacket. "Good luck baby @ryanthomas84 @thegamestv," she said. "I've not seen Ryan since Sunday. Me & Roman have missed him so much," with a blue heart emoji.
Lucy added: "Praying my waters don’t break mid show hahahaha" followed with laughing emojis. Later, after showing off his latest wardrobe mishap, the mum-of-two to be shared a blurry snap of her embracing her fiancé, writing: "My champion."
