ITV The Chase's Mark Labbett 'looks ten years younger' after losing more weight

Mark Labbett looked unrecognisable as he showed off his even slimmer frame in a new photo.

The Beast adopted a new diet plan and followed a healthier lifestyle after he was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016.

Mark was 29st stone at his heaviest in 2003 and he revealed he had lost 10st during an appearance on Loose Women earlier this year.

The 56-year-old said: “I am gradually dropping Xs off my size. I’ve gone from 5XL to 4XL and it looks like the next time I go shopping I’ll be able to squeeze into XL underpants.

“I’ve lost 10 stone, I was 29 stone when I was a full-time teacher in 2003 and I was in danger of high blood pressure.

“I’ve been around 26 stone up until lockdown, and then a few things happened quite nicely and came together and I started losing weight.”

On Wednesday, he shared a selfie with his many Instagram followers, revealing he has lost some more pounds.

Posing with his top off, The Chaser said: "Down to 52 inch chest from 60”. So was 5xl, now 2xl. Still a lot of work to do #xlorbust"

Fans were quick to comment on his new look.
