A player on tonight's The Chase was overenthusiastic about getting back to her team and walked off before her round ended.
Bradley Walsh welcomed Mark, Jo, Raj and Annabel to take on Chaser Anne Hegerty. They each tested their wits in cashbuilder rounds before going head to head with The Governess in a bid to reach the final and a cash prize.
The game started well as Mark, a 35-year-old communications manager, played for £7,000. He managed to outrun the chaser and made it back to the bench, bagging himself a place in the final chase.

Next up was Jo, a 40-year-old researcher. She managed to answer seven questions correctly in the quick fire question round and also went on to play for £7,000.
Bradley commented on her excellent gameplay, as he said: "You were looking down, concentrating so hard. That was brilliant , £7,000. " She too outrun the chaser and was through to the final but she became over excited after answering the last question correctly and began to walk off, away from Anne.
The Governess was in disbelief as she shouted after her. She scolded the player as she said: "Come back!" Awkwardly Jo returned to the playing board. She said: "Oh, sorry. I am so enthusiastic."
The Chaser proceeded to swiftly catch Raj and Annabel - meaning the two were competing for an overall £14,000. The team built up 16 steps in their last round but were caught with 47 seconds remaining.
