ITV The Chase fans want 'perfect' contestant to be on show every week

Fans of The Chase are calling for a new Chaser after a contestant answered every single question correctly in his cash builder round.

Bradley welcomed four new players on this week's second edition of the popular ITV programme.

Amy, John, Claire and Steven were testing their wits against The Beast in a bid to win big money.

John, an electrical engineer from Kent, was up second - and he managed to rack up a huge £11,000 in his first round.

The 56-year-old clearly impressed Bradley Walsh, who immediately threw his hands in the air as the round came to a close.

Bradley said: "The show's over. Can't remember the last time that happened. Full house."

Viewers seemed equally thrilled with John's performance, with many taking to Twitter to share their comments.

Johnny Flynn said: "Take a bow, son"

Chris Durant said: "What a machine, John, well played."

Margaret P Houston said: "How long until they bring John in as the seventh chaser?"

Jane Hurst said: "Next Chaser? Well in John"

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
