Bradley Walsh came under fire after a remark on today's episode of The Chase.
The 62-year-old host welcomed four new quizzers on Thursday's edition of the ITV game show. Stefan, Janet, Alex and Caron were taking on Anne Hegerty on the latest programme.
Stefan was in seat one and started off in impressive fashion as he built up £6,000. The trading patent attorney engaged in a tense head-to-head with the Governess before he was eliminated.

During the head-to-head Bradley asked: "What first name was shared by an American comedian called Abbott and an English one called Flanagan"
The 31-year-old answered Buzz when the correct answer was Bud, which sparked sympathy from the host. He said: "Before your time."
Bradley often says the phrase on the show and fans following the show on Twitter urged him to stop.
Martyn said: "Oh Bradley Walsh please stop this comment 'this is before your time' to the contestants on certain questions. I knew question about Bud Flanagan and Bud Abbott and it was before my time, it is called General Knowledge"
A user responded: "Drives you mad doesn’t it."
Courtenay commented: "I’m waiting for the day that someone picks Bradley up on his “before your time” schtick."
A user posted: "BEFORE YOUR TIME KLAXON!"
It was a strong team on today's show as the remaining players all progressed past the Chaser and were competing for £24,000. However, the players left empty-handed as the Governess caught them with 7 seconds remaining.
