ITV The Chase fans accuse player of 'cheating' with unusual 'TK Maxx' accessory

Fans of the Chase got into a bit of a debate while watching today's show over one player's unusual accessory.

Bradley Walsh welcomed four new players - Jenni, Hamish, Francesca and Mark - to the ITV quiz show. They went head to head with chaser Mark Labbett in the hopes of going home with a cash prize.

Jenni, a 33-year-old student, was first up to play. She explained that she would love to spend any winnings on a trip to Australia but something else had fans distracted.

Viewers took to Twitter to question what the player was wearing around her neck. She had a necklace with a thin chain but a bulky, red pendant.

The fans at home couldn't quite make out what it was and many asked the same question on the social media platform, with one even saying it looked like a "TK Maxx card." Meanwhile others suggested it could be a typewriter or even a packet of needles.

Danny said: "Does she have a 'typewriter' necklace? #TheChase." Graham said: "Looks like a circuit board necklace #TheChase"

Another user said: "What’s that necklace? Or is it a TK Maxx card #TheChase". Mr Chambers said: "Jenny’s cheating - that’s a memory card around her necks… #TheChase"

One user said: "Is it a typewriter??" Marilyn said: "I thought it was a packet of needles."
