A player felt red-faced after competing on The Chase.
Bradley Walsh welcomed four players to the ITV quiz show on tonight's episode. Colin, Gerri, Elena and James took on chaser Mark Labbett in hopes of winning a cash prize.
But one contestant reacted to the show as she watched it back with the rest of the nation. 22-year-old photography student, Eleni, said that she felt "second hand embarrassment" over being on the show.

Commenting along with the other viewers on the show's Twitter hashtag, Elena said: "My episode of #thechase is on as a re-run on ITV now. Excited for all the second hand embarrassment x"
Fans were overjoyed as they realised that a contestant was watching with them and many retweeted the post. One user pointed it out as they said: "Contestant on the hashtag #TheChase."
Meanwhile, another user thought the embarrassment referred to how the team would do. They asked: "Is that a hint as to how the group performs?"
However, the team were on a roll, with Colin and Gerri securing two middle offers and heading through to the final. They collated a prize pot of £13,000 before it was Elena's turn.
She earned £4,000 in the cashbuilder round and also went on to choose a middle offer from The Beast. Sadly, she was sent home empty handed as she was caught.
Fans on the hashtag showed their condolences. She replied explaining how she felt on the day, as she said: "Aww thank you! When you’re there, you don’t think about the questions and answers. You see it for what it is and you instinctively press a button."
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
