ITV's I'm A Celebrity 2022 releases first trailer as Ant and Dec jump out of helicopter

There's not long to go until I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is back on our TV screens - and ITV bosses have released the first official trailer ahead of the show's launch next month.

It shows presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly jumping out of a helicopter as the hit programme returns to Australia since the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.

But the fans and presenters alike will be delighted that the show is back to its origins, with celebs sleeping among dangerous creepie-crawlies and braving their fears in the jungle, writes the Mirror.

In the action-packed clip they're are seen flying in a chopper as Ant throws their luggage out.

"Where's the luggage going?" Dec asks.

"It's meeting us there," Ant replies, to which Dec says: "Where?"

The duo then proceed to jump out of the helicopter, courtesy of come CGI magic.

Ant is the first to make his exit, throwing their contract at Dec as he quips: "Remember, where I have to go, you have to go!"

"Oh I wish I'd never signed that thing," Dec complained before making the jump before they both eventually pulled their parachutes, announcing: "We're back!"

It comes after Mike Tindall looks set to be the show's very first royal family member after signing up.

While rumoured contestant Seann Walsh - best known for Strictly's notorious kissgate scandal - has already risked the wrath of ITV bosses by reportedly making an explicit joke about This Morning 's Phillip Schofield.

I'm A Celebrity returns in November on ITV.
