New ITV drama Our House returned for its third — and penultimate — episode on Wednesday night.
Moving back and forth between the past and present, the tense series concerns Fi (Tuppence Middleton) — who returns home one day to find that strangers are moving into her house after she supposedly sold it — and her estranged husband Bram (Martin Compston), who is nowhere to be found amid the chaos.
The second episode ended with the shocking revelation that, back in the past, Fi's romantic interest Toby (Rupert Penry-Jones) was working with Wendy (Buket Komur) — who was blackmailing Bram over the car accident that he caused.

At the end of episode, Toby revealed to Bram that the two weren't interested in money but rather they wanted his house.
Chapter three picks up with the two demanding that Bram sell his home or else they will report him to the police.
In the present day, Fi begins to come to terms with losing the house and devotes her time to finding out Bram's whereabouts.
Meanwhile, she continues to confide in Toby, all the while unaware of his major involvement in the mystery of the home sale.
Many viewers at home were left unimpressed by the third episode, however, and took to Twitter to announce that they were giving up on the show.

One said: "Ohhhh and now she's back having lunch with the other woman. I'm getting ready to switch off."
"This plot is beyond ridiculous now, and that voice annoying..switching off #OurHouse," a second vented.
A third tweeted: "#OurHouse sorry but finding this a bit boring now."
"Sacking off #OurHouse for #InteriorDesignMasters tonight," a fourth revealed.
Another commented: "Who would fall for this crap ? As if anyone would give their house away"
"Load of tosh," simply said a sixth.
A seventh echoed: "More unbelievable tedious bollox".
"What a load of s**t, so he is being blackmailed out of a £2 million house to stop them telling the police about a driving offence," an eighth shared.
A ninth wrote: "Far fetched, elaborate, nonsense".
Another stated: "This is too far fetched. There are so many checks in property buying and selling, this sort of thing wouldn’t happen".
"Why the hell would you let it get so out of hand! It showed promise but now it's just plain daft," an eleventh frustrated viewer revealed.
A twelfth meanwhile posted: "How disappointing! Far fetched, unbelievable and rubbish characters".
"This is getting a bit annoying now," a thirteenth tweeted.
Other viewers said they found the show confusing, with one saying: "Anyone else been scratching their heads during the last 2 and a bit episodes of #OurHouse I mean it’s good.. I think? I’m just so effing confused by it".
A second agreed: "Starting to wonder if I watched the whole of ep 2 as this is making no sense to me at all?"
However, not everyone had such a negative reaction to the episode, with some stating that they continued to find the show gripping.
"#OurHouse is one of the most stressful things I’ve ever watched," one shared.
A second echoed: "#OurHouse was quite a good watch".
"I'm hooked on #OurHouse but I don't know why," revealed a third.
