Paige Thorne will go on a date with Adam Collard in tonight's Love Island, following Jacques O'Neill's departure.
The rugby player, 23, announced his shock exit during Tuesday's episode, explaining that he felt the best thing for his relationship with Paige, 24, was for him to return home so he could be at his "best" for her. Tuesday's episode saw them continue to work through issues after the return of former contestant Adam caused a stir amongst the pair.
Jacques became frustrated after his fellow islanders told him that new arrival Adam had been talking about his behaviour in the villa to Paige. At the end of the show, Jacques and Paige went for a chat on the terrace alone where he got emotional as he explained that over the past two weeks things had been getting to him and he was going to leave.

Through tears, Paige said: "I don't want you to go but also I want you to be happy and it hurts me seeing you in this way." However, it seems Paige will get a second chance at love as she heads off on a romantic date with Adam tonight.
Viewers will see Adam get a text asking him to invite three girls of his choice to the Hideaway terrace. He picks Summer, Danica and Paige.
Summer and Adam discuss their ideal date being in Rome, while Danica gives Adam a quick dance lesson. When Paige arrives, she questions whether he’s saved the best until last.
Paige says: “As if you picked me last."
Adam says: “Do you think the best first or best last..?”
Paige says: “I’ll ask you that question.”
Keen to know about what Adam brings to the table in a relationship, Paige says: “The little things matter most to me.” When Adam returns to talk to the boys, he describes one of the girls as ‘wifey’ material.
Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
