The Love Island couples reunited last night in what has been described by fans as the 'best episode in history'. Paige Thorne, Gemma Owen, Tasha Ghouri, Danica Taylor, Indiyah Polack and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu returned to the villa after spending several days in Casa Amor where they were joined by six new boys.
Jacques O'Neill, Luca Bish, Andrew Le Page, Jay Younger, Dami Hope and Davide Sanclimenti remained in the main villa with the addition of six new girls, who each hoped to turn their heads. As part of the ultimate relationship test, Thursday night's recoupling saw Laura Whitmore ask each of the contestants whether they wanted to 'stick' with their original couple, or 'twist' and choose one of the new Islanders.
Whilst there was love in the air for Gemma and Luca, who stayed loyal to one another and recoupled, as well as Danika and Jay who managed to find new connections during Casa Amor, things got pretty heated between the remaining couples.

Andrew also chose to recouple with new girl Coco Lodge after finding out what Tasha had been saying behind her back. Tasha also returned to the villa with new boy Billy Brown, to which Andrew said she “tells more lies than Pinocchio”.
Paige came back to the main villa alone after trusting her connection with Jacques. But despite her initial happiness at seeing him standing around the firepit alone, the drama soon unfolded as new girl Cheyanne revealed that her and Jacques shared a bed and kissed whilst Paige was away in Casa Amor.
Ekin-Su also returned to the villa single as she chose Davide over the new Casa Amor boys. The feelings were reciprocated as Davide also decided to couple up with Ekin-Su, but new girl Mollie Salmon later unveiled that she had shared smooches in bed with Davide.
Mollie revealed: "We were sharing a bed most nights and we were kissing. He also said he had his eyes on me since the start, so I'm a bit confused why he didn't pick me."
Furious at the news, Ekin-Su pushed Davide away from her and told host Laura that she was "shaking". Later on in the episode, Ekin-Su confronted Davide over his antics with Mollie, to which he told her, "What I had from her I could have with any girl. It was just attraction. A good time."
But despite the issue seemingly being squashed, Love Island fans think Ekin-Su is going to be in big trouble when Davide finds out about her secret antics in Casa Amor.
During Wednesday night's episode, Ekin-Su and Casa Amor boy George Tasker were seen sharing a cuddle in bed before something appeared to happen under the covers as the lights went out.
The following morning Ekin-Su pulled George for a chat and asked him not to tell anyone about what had happened between them, as she said "it was in the heat of the moment," which left fans wondering what really went on.
On her return to the main villa, Ekin-Su didn't make Davide aware of her bedtime antics with George despite her confronting him about his kiss with Mollie.
Love Island fans are now eagerly awaiting movie night - a new challenge that was introduced to last year's show where the Islanders get to see unseen footage of each other during their time in the villa.
Viewers think that this is when Ekin-Su's secret Casa Amor antics will be exposed to Davide.
