After eight series of the ITV2 dating show Love Island viewers should be used to being left on a cliffhanger by now. After all, it just adds to the drama. However fans were fuming when they were left hanging with an ad break at an integral moment.
Devotees settled down to watch the latest recoupling on Wednesday night. They could see which way most decisions were heading as the girls made their choice over the boy they wished to be coupled-up with for the next stage of the contest.
But as Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu stepped forward fans held their breath. They were wondering if she would pick her ex Jay Younger , stick with newcomer Charlie Radnedge or choose to be reunited with fan favourite Davide Sanclimenti from Manchester.

And they were majorly disappointed to be kept waiting by the ads and flocked to Twitter to express their rage. @loveislandbnter screamed: "NOW YOU PUT A BREAK????"@anwaanfo asked: "#LoveIsland How can they break there?"
@emilia_louise23 shouted: "THESE ADS ARENT IT." @Hannah_L77 asked: "Why would they have the ads now?" And @_xvch tweeted: "Lmaaaooo the producers inserted an ad break before Ekin-Su named the boy she wants to couple up with. If this isn’t your star girl, who is?"
@immiesmith_ fumed: "NOT AN AD BREAK FFS." And @danxblaze pleaded: "STOP WITH THE SUSPENSE FOLLOWED BY 5 MIN ADS." Fans of Ekin-Su and Davide were delighted to see the Turkish actress reunited with the Italian hunk with one fan @LetsHaveACiki cheering: "Finally though….get them into the hideaway ASAP! Davide & Ekin are made for each other."
Davide dumped Ekin-Su earlier in the series after she sneaked behind his back onto the terrace to share kisses with Jay and he branded her a 'liar' and 'an actress.' In the Beach Hut he admitted "I'm still having fun with Ekin-Su. Maybe something can grow."
She told him: "I'm hoping in time you can trust me." He replied: "I'm just going to be very careful with you, very careful." And Ekin-Su told him: "I will be trustworthy, honest and if a man was to wak in I wouldn't act the way I did before."
