ITV Loose Women stars unrecognisable as Halloween makeover leaves fans saying same thing

The ladies of Loose Women were unrecognisable as they appeared on the latest show but viewers were soon sharing their confusion. Kaye Adams took up role as anchor for the last show of the week on Friday (October 28) as she was joined by Frankie Bridge, Judi Love, and Nadia Sawalha.

However, all four of the stars of the ITV lunchtime show were not themselves as they transformed into some very familiar characters. Viewers tuning in to the show were transported to a psychedelic alternate universe with a Loose Women Wonderland extravaganza taking over the studio for Halloween.

During the show, Judi was transported into the parallel universe after throwing back a mysterious potion labelled ‘Drink Me’ in an empty studio, before being transformed into Alice - complete with flowing blonde hair and a sassy pinafore - at a Mad Hatter’s tea party.

Kaye, meanwhile, appeared as The Mad Hatter with bushy eyebrows, missing teeth and curly brunette hair and Frankie swapped her short dark locks for a silver wig, white face paint, and bunny ears to portray the White Rabbit. And Nadia pulled off an impressive version of The Queen of Hearts complete with red wig and striking face paint.

They were also joined on the show by fellow panelist Linda Robson, who was roped into donning a Humpty Dumpy costume and the show's latest guest, comedian Keith Lemon, also joined in the panel's Halloween fun as he dressed a the Cheshire Cat.

But the change came as a surprise to viewers, with the spookiest day of the year not until Monday. @Stepharrnee asked: "Why aren't they doing a Halloween special Monday, when it is actually Halloween? #LooseWomen." @TellyVsPodcasts wrote: "But why though??? #loosewomen."

@SmalesRachel posted: "Why Halloween show today when its on Monday, and is Alice in Wonderland related to Halloween? Or maybe it's just me #LooseWomen." @fordy1952 added: "What in hell's name has this got to do with Halloween?"

The show kicked off with a discussion about Prince Harry's new book after the title, Spare, and release date were revealed this week. However, some viewers found it hard to take the discussion seriously. @TashAmaka said: "You can’t now have a serious conversation in this get up #loosewomen.." @aaronleemitchel echoed: "Do they not realise how ridiculous it looks having a serious conversation dressed like that? #loosewomen."
