ITV Loose Women host Kaye Adams has celebrated her 60th birthday and set herself some goals and life-changing decisions for life in her 60s. The TV presenter wants to "spend less time climbing and more time growing".
Taking to her Instagram Kaye explained her new life choices and how her podcast, 'How To Be 60 with Kaye Adams' has shaped these decisions. She said: "Speaking to so many fellow '60 clubbers' has really made me think about how I want to approach however many years I have ahead and, to boil it down to a single line, I want to spend less time focused on climbing and more time focused on growing."
Kaye, who took part in the latest series of BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, added: "Now I want to look around a little bit and take in the sights, maybe even take a diversion or two or three." She joked that one thing she would never take up as a hobby would be jigsaws.

Many celebrities sent Kaye birthday messages in the comments including Welsh Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden and fellow Loose Women Charlene White. Amy said: "Happy birthday lovely lady xxxx" and Charlene added: "Happy birthday Kaye! Looking (fire emoji) as always xx".
While Kaye celebrates turning 60 another Loose Women has announced she is pregnant with her fifth child. Stacey Solomon, who is married to TV personality Joe Swash, announced her pregnancy on Instagram. Posting a video on her Instagram Stacey shows Joe a pregnancy test, as the former EastEnders star says "you're joking". A smiling Swash then calls it the "best news ever".
The couple already has two children, son Rex, three, and daughter Rose, 14 months. Stacey also has two older sons from previous relationships; Leighton, 10, who she shares with ex-Aaron Barnham, and Zach, 14, whose father is Dean Cox. While Joe shares his oldest child Harry, 13, with ex-Emma Sophocleous.
