ITV In For A Penny's ending branded a 'travesty' as viewers issue demand

In For A Penny viewers issued a demand after being confused at the end of tonight's episode.

Stephen Mulhern returned on Saturday to front another edition of the popular ITV programme. The 45-year-old presenter donned the famous gold jacket and set tasks to member of the public as they bid to win big money.

Stephen travels across the country for the series - and was challenging people in Newport on the latest edition. They were challenged to walk across eggshells and eat a dangling pasty as the host spread fun to unsuspecting members of the public.

Episodes of In For A Penny run for 30 minutes, but viewers felt the show came to an abrupt end and called for ITV to extend the run time.

Michael said: "How are we in 2022 and #InForAPenny still only 30mins an episode @StephenMulhern IT’S A TRAVESTY."

Amy said: "#InForAPenny is too short!"

Alex added: "Eh? It only started 5 minutes ago! Needs to be at least an hour"

Gavin commented : "30 minutes is not long enough"

Stephanie tweeted: "#inforapenny is just not on long enough"

In For A Penny airs Saturday at 6.30pm on ITV and ITV Hub
